We only use your details to reply to you and do the job you booked.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email, suburb and the details you share about the clean. If you join our launch waitlist, we collect your first name, email, suburb and the service you are interested in.
How we use it
To quote, book and complete your clean, and to contact you about it. If you join the waitlist, we use your email to tell you when bookings open, and you can ask us to remove you at any time. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
How it is stored
Quote requests and waitlist sign-ups are delivered through our website host, Netlify, and kept only as long as we need them to look after your booking.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing wiped_cleaning@outlook.com.
